Hard-to-find spare parts and custom pieces

Our core work: remake the part you can't find anymore, or build a new one. You don't need a 3D file, the part or a few photos are enough.

Hard-to-find spare parts and custom pieces
  • You have the file

    Upload and print

STL, STEP, OBJ or 3MF: upload the model and get price and lead time in seconds.

  • You have photos and sizes

    We model it

Send us a few photos and the measurements taken with calipers: we rebuild the part in CAD from scratch and print it in the right material for where it works.

  • You have the broken part

    Ship it to us

Hard to measure or photograph? Send it over: we survey it, rebuild it and send it back together with the new spare part.

Out-of-production parts for classic cars and motorcycles, appliances, models and machinery. Where useful, we reinforce the spot where the original broke.

How it works, in detail

Not just printing: we improve the part

From people who print parts every day: small design moves that change strength and cost.

Reinforcing weak points

Reinforcing weak points

We orient the print so the load pulls along the layers, and thicken or fillet the critical zone where the original gave way. Same part, much tougher.

Lower cost on large parts

Lower cost on large parts

On a bulky part we hollow the solids, pick the right infill and orientation and, where it makes sense, split it: the price can drop a lot without losing strength.

From file to part, in 4 steps

A linear method, proven over 10,000+ printing hours.

The part leaves ready to use

Not just printing: we reinforce, finish and assemble in-house, and check every part before it ships.

Heat-set threaded inserts

Durable metal threads heat-set into the plastic: screws drive in and out a thousand times without stripping the part.

Vapor smoothing

A vapor treatment that smooths the surface and closes the layer lines: an almost-glossy finish, tougher and easier to clean.

Bonding and assembly

Parts larger than the bed are printed in sections and assembled: they arrive ready to use.

Support removal and cleanup

Every part finished by hand before it ships, with no blemishes.

Quality control
  • Visual inspection on every part
  • Dimensional check to ±0.2 mm
  • Fit and hole verification
  • Photo of the finished part on request

Before you order

  • How much does it cost to print my part?

It depends on volume, material, finish and quantity. The instant quote gives you the real price in seconds when you upload the file: no surprises.

  • Which files can I upload?

STL, STEP, OBJ and 3MF (zip archives too). No CAD? Send measurements or a sketch.

  • What is the maximum size?

340 × 340 × 320 mm in a single part. For larger parts we split the model and assemble.

  • How do you guarantee quality?

We print in-house: optimised parameters and a dimensional check to ±0.2 mm on every part, before it ships.

  • Are my files safe?

Yes. Files are confidential, never shared or resold. NDA available on request.

  • Do you ship abroad?

Yes: Italy, Europe and the rest of the world. Times and costs are calculated in the quote.

A lab, not a middleman

The difference is simple: we print the part ourselves. The person who answers is the one who makes it.

Instant quote

Price and lead time in seconds, no sign-up.

We print it

No network of third parties: in-house production, a real person follows the part.

±0.2 mm control

Optimised parameters and a dimensional check on every part.

Full finishing

Heat-set inserts, vapor smoothing, assembly: the part leaves ready to use.

Large format

Up to 340 × 340 × 320 mm in a single part.

Secure uploads

Files confidential, never shared or resold. NDA on request.
