The business operates under the Italian flat-rate scheme: transactions are not subject to VAT pursuant to Art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, of Law 190/2014.
These terms govern the sale of custom 3D printing and prototyping services, in the Quote section, and of catalogue products, in the Store section, made to order.
For consumers, the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) applies.
You configure the quote or add products to the cart, enter your details and proceed to payment. The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. We reserve the right not to accept incomplete, suspicious or technically unfeasible orders.
Prices are in euro and include all charges, except shipping costs shown at checkout based on the zone. As we operate under the Italian flat-rate scheme, the transaction is not subject to VAT (Art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, Law 190/2014): prices contain no VAT and it cannot be deducted. A 2 euro stamp duty is applied to invoices above 77.47 euro (D.P.R. 642/1972).
Payments are securely handled by Stripe: you can pay by credit or debit card and with supported wallets (for example Apple Pay and Google Pay). A quote price is valid for the period stated in the quote itself.
Production time is approximately 2-5 working days, unless otherwise stated, plus the courier's delivery time (BRT, Poste Italiane or another carrier). Shipping costs and zones are shown at checkout before confirmation.
Custom or personalised products, that is 3D prints made at your request, on your files, configurations or specifications: the right of withdrawal does not apply, pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code, as these are goods made to measure or clearly personalised. You expressly accept this exclusion when placing the order.
Standard, non-personalised products: as a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving reasons (Arts. 52 ff. of the Consumer Code). To do so, communicate your decision to assistenza@rebootlab.cloud and return the item within 14 days. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless otherwise stated.
For consumers, products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity (Arts. 128-135 of the Consumer Code). In case of a defect, write to assistenza@rebootlab.cloud.
For custom products, normal dimensional tolerances and typical 3D printing features, such as layer lines or slight aesthetic variations, do not constitute a defect.
By uploading files or content you declare you have the right to do so and that you do not infringe third-party rights, and you hold us harmless from any related claims. We use your files only to fulfil the order, not for other purposes.
For any complaint you can write to assistenza@rebootlab.cloud and we will seek a quick solution. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to an ADR mediation or conciliation body listed by the Italian Ministry of Justice or at the competent Chamber of Commerce. Your right to bring the matter before the ordinary courts is unaffected.
Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For business customers, the competent court is Bari.
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
